Store Manager

What you'll do

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage counter sales, warehouse, and delivery employees
• foster customer-focused service through product knowledge and engagement
• keep the sales floor and warehouse stocked, organized, clean, and efficient
• oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts
• monitor performance, address issues, and recruit
• perform store functions as needed
• maintain a safe workplace and promote employee engagement and development.
