Service Manager II — Multifamily Maintenance

The Service Manager II — Multifamily Maintenance role is onsite in Concord, CA, with a target base pay of $36.33 per hour and eligibility for a 20% annual discretionary bonus. The role supports Prime Residential’s 218-unit Concord 1441 community, part of its multifamily portfolio. The manager leads the community’s maintenance function to support resident service, property upkeep, and smooth daily operations. The role coordinates the service team, completes and oversees maintenance work, and helps maintain safety, quality, and community standards.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee the service team
• conduct daily meetings and coach team members
• organize training with the Maintenance Training Manager
• collaborate with the Community Director on personnel, operations, and budget
• manage service requests and apartment make-readies
• diagnose and repair building components
• inspect apartments and property areas
• oversee contractor work, safety inspections, grounds, common areas, and amenities
• manage inventory, preventive maintenance, purchase orders, and vendors
• and lead safety meetings while maintaining SDS access and OSHA awareness.
