The Lead Service Technician is an onsite role based in Long Branch, NJ, with a pay range of $25.08 – $35.12 per hour. The role exists to maintain high standards of quality control for portable restrooms and related equipment. The technician coordinates daily routines, conducts audits, assists with driver training, and serves as a primary point of contact for customer service issues to ensure project success.

What you'll do

• Conduct random quality control audits on portable restrooms, sinks, and holding tanks.
• Assist with accident investigations and safety meetings.
• Serve as a resource for drivers regarding vehicle issues and report deficiencies.
• Act as a primary contact for customers to resolve service issues.
• Assist with training new and current drivers.
• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections.
• Operate service trucks to and from work sites following company guidelines.
• Maintain truck logs according to regulations.
