Lead Restoration Technician

The Lead Restoration Technician role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $20–$27 per hour. The technician leads restoration work and supports property recovery by performing water mitigation, drying, and moisture remediation, particularly in crawlspaces. The role also involves documenting progress, maintaining safe and organized sites, and communicating with homeowners and the team.

What you'll do

• Perform water mitigation and restoration services
• work in crawlspaces on water extraction, drying, and moisture remediation
• set up and monitor dehumidifiers and air movers
• remove damaged materials and perform light demolition
• take moisture readings and document progress
• upload job documentation, photos, and notes
• maintain job sites and company vehicles
• communicate with homeowners, office staff, and team members
• participate in after-hours and weekend emergency response rotation.
