What you'll do

• Assist with desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods
• follow recipes and instructions
• maintain pastry-section cleanliness and organization
• complete mise en place before service
• monitor stock and report shortages
• follow food-safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols
• support daily prep and service
• participate in occasional tastings or menu development.
