What you'll do

• Lead and develop engineering staff across project engineering, reliability, electrical power, drafting, and technical support
• establish measures and communicate risks and project status
• resolve complex process, equipment, electrical, reliability, and production issues
• lead reliability engineering
• develop and execute capital projects
• coordinate annual and five-year capital plans
• evaluate technical alternatives and investments
• ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and engineering standards.
