What you'll do

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, interactions, warnings, and stability
• maintain required documentation and ensure dispensing accuracy
• audit automated dispensing machines
• follow guidelines for compounding, including IV therapy
• assist the Pharmacist-in-Charge with directing pharmacy staff
• support regulatory compliance and improvement plans
• answer medication-related questions and provide drug information to healthcare providers, facility staff, patients, and families.

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Texas pharmacist license, a valid driver's license, and a bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or a PharmD. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available. Full-time schedules include 7 days on/7 days off for daytime or overnight work; part-time option is weekends only, 20 hours.
