What you'll do
- Set standards for property operations, compliance, financial performance, and asset care
- monitor portfolio performance and report to co-executive directors
- serve as escalation point for property, regulatory, and funding issues
- oversee budgets, rent reviews, capital plans, and regulatory submissions
- manage relationships with regulators and funders
- oversee maintenance operations and vendor relationships
- supervise and develop staff
- perform hands-on operational or compliance work when needed.
