Veterinary Receptionist

The Veterinary Receptionist role is onsite in Tupelo, MS. Compensation is $12–$14 per hour. The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and pets and works with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to support hospital operations.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, update patient histories and records, review vaccination and testing requirements, process payments, communicate arrivals and treatment needs to the medical team, and maintain an organized reception area.
• Prepare and dispense prescriptions, diets, and over-the-counter products as directed.
