What you'll do

• Manage tenant improvement and capital improvement projects
• facilitate estimating and preconstruction
• represent the landlord on tenant-managed projects and coordinate landlord work
• manage architect, engineer, consultant, and vendor activities
• maintain budgets and schedules
• administer building rules
• negotiate and award vendor contracts
• coordinate project closeout
• support billing and invoicing.
