The Commercial Cleaner Lead (Day Porter) role is onsite in Asheville, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay is expected to be near $18.00 per hour. The role supports CBRE Government & Defense Services by maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe site for employees and clients. The lead coordinates cleaners’ daily work and helps ensure cleaning processes meet company standards. By scheduling and assigning tasks, inspecting completed work, supporting staff training, and addressing client feedback, the role contributes to reliable site cleanliness and team objectives.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily team activities, schedules, task assignments, and cross-training
• schedule staff meetings and in-service training
• check equipment and order and secure supplies
• liaise with clients and employees and handle feedback
• inspect cleaning work and submit daily cleanliness reports
• train staff on chemical-cleaner procedures
• provide cleaning support in designated private areas as needed.
