Grading Foreman – Heavy Civil Construction

What you'll do

• Plan and schedule work
• supervise and review crew tasks
• enforce company, client, OSHA, MSHA, and NCDOT safety requirements
• train and monitor employee safety practices
• read plans and material lists
• perform construction and installation work, including project layout
• complete paperwork and submit timesheets
• organize and train employees
• report unsafe conditions and practices.

Why this role

Normal hours are day or night shifts of 8–14 hours, Monday through Friday; weekend work may occur depending on the contract. Minimal overnight travel, up to 10%, may be required.
