What you'll do

• Lead overall operation of the OB/GYN clerkship and align learning objectives with accreditation standards
• manage curriculum
• teach, precept, and mentor medical students
• provide feedback, track encounters, and submit assessments and grades
• support remediation planning and career advising
• collaborate with faculty and staff
• maintain clinical activity
• participate in continuous program improvement
• provide required day, night, weekend, and holiday in-house coverage and supervise students and residents.
