What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors
• follow site procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas
• monitor entrances and visitor activity
• report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations
• respond to incidents and alarms
• prepare incident reports and daily activity documentation.
