What you'll do

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• review plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documents
• gather information from estimators, engineers, project managers, and business development
• support subcontractor and supplier pricing outreach
• help develop estimating procedures and templates
• participate in site visits and pre-bid walkthroughs
• maintain estimate and bid documentation
• compare construction costs with estimates
• assist with bid leveling and estimate reviews.
