What you'll do

• Provide companionship and activities suited to the client’s interests
• prepare meals and assist with cleanup
• perform light housekeeping
• give medication reminders according to the care plan
• offer reassurance during the evening routine
• assist the client in getting settled safely into bed
• and report observations or changes to the office team.
