What you'll do

• Source used boats

• inspect and evaluate condition, history, demand, and resale potential

• negotiate purchases, trade values, and consignment agreements
• manage acquisition through completion
• maintain online listings and transaction records
• develop customer relationships and sales opportunities
• and coordinate with sales, service, parts, and leadership.
