The Sanitation and Waste Disposal Technician role is onsite in Amarillo, TX; compensation is $16–$17 per hour plus a 5% shift differential. Certified Group operates laboratory testing, regulatory consulting, and certification services, including food safety testing through its FSNS brand. The technician disposes of biological waste generated by laboratory testing and maintains a clean, safe laboratory environment. The work supports laboratory operations by following sanitation, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

What you'll do

• Dispose of facility waste
• operate an autoclave to sterilize equipment
• clean laboratory and facility areas
• label, handle, store, use, and dispose of media and solutions according to safety guidelines
• maintain laboratory conditions, equipment, supplies, quality programs, and records
• follow established procedures and complete required training.

Why this role
