What you'll do

• Lead inpatient pharmacy services and operational teams
• partner with acute care, infusion, medical center, nursing, laboratory, and physician leaders
• develop supervisors and staff
• oversee medication-use management, formulary initiatives, and pharmacy programs
• ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
• manage budgets and resources
• provide consultation and training
• monitor utilization, inventory, and performance metrics
• lead continuous-improvement and enterprise initiatives.
