What you'll do

• Review event information with the project manager
• prepare load lists
• train kitchen staff and temporary labor
• verify ingredients, rentals, staffing, and vendors
• coordinate pre-event huddles and timelines
• direct event staff
• support food and beverage preparation and timing
• oversee setup, cleanup, and final walks
• and submit reports.
