The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor — Day Shift, 12-Hour Shift role is onsite at Topanga Terrace Rehabilitation & Subacute in West Hills, CA, and pays $48–$50 per hour. The role leads day-shift nursing operations in a subacute and rehabilitation setting, supporting residents and their families. The RN Supervisor leads and supervises nursing staff, assesses residents, develops individualized care plans, and provides skilled nursing care including vital signs, wound care, IVs, and medications. The role also supports admissions and physician rounds, mentors LVNs and CNAs, communicates with residents and families, maintains accurate charts, and upholds equipment, infection-control, and fall-prevention standards.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise nursing staff
• assess residents and develop individualized care plans
• provide skilled nursing care including vital signs, wound care, IVs, and medications
• support admissions and collaborate with physicians during rounds
• support residents and families
• mentor LVNs and CNAs
• ensure equipment is working properly and uphold infection-control standards
• chart resident progress and monitor safety, including fall prevention.
