What you'll do

• Maintain customer accounts through communication about product launches, services, supplies, and discounts

• process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates
• recommend alternate products
• monitor shipment dates and expedite as needed
• provide product and technical information
• assist with warranties and returns
• coordinate problem resolution
• maintain sales records and reports
• build knowledge of HVAC products.
