What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities and equipment
• troubleshoot problems
• manage assigned property budgets and purchase requisitions
• maintain tool and supply inventory
• prepare apartments or rooms for occupancy
• complete maintenance requests and electronic work orders
• stay current on building codes and safety standards
• participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
