What you'll do

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states
• comply with wage, tax, and reporting requirements
• calculate overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, and retroactive pay
• maintain payroll records
• review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• coordinate with HR on employee changes and timekeeping
• respond to employee payroll inquiries
• prepare payroll tax filings and assist with audits
• protect confidential information.
