What you'll do

• monitor flight changes and adjust assignments
• communicate with airlines, ground operations, customers, and internal teams
• record assignments, hours, and service completion
• handle urgent changes
• coordinate supplies and equipment
• report delays and staffing issues
• follow safety and airline regulations
• train or guide new dispatchers and crew members as needed
• complete final checks, closeout procedures, and client summaries
• assist with line services.
