What you'll do
- Build, maintain, and publish nursing schedules across day, evening, and night shifts
- fill open shifts using internal staff, overtime, PRN, and agency resources in the stated order
- manage call-offs, shift swaps, overtime, and time-off requests
- coordinate coverage with the Director of Nursing and clinical staff
- maintain scheduling records and availability lists
- generate staffing reports
- track attendance and agency usage
- escalate unresolved staffing gaps.
