What you'll do

• Clean and organize dishwashing areas, kitchen spaces, and equipment
• wash, sanitize, and store utensils, dishes, and production tools
• support prepared foods team members with general tasks
• remove trash and recycling
• uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• maintain storage areas, walk-ins, and back-of-house spaces
• communicate equipment concerns or maintenance needs to leadership
• follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
