What you'll do

• Develop partnership strategies, annual plans, budgets, and revenue goals
• identify, negotiate, launch, and grow national partnerships and high-value accounts
• build relationships with travel advisors, distribution organizations, and industry leaders
• establish commercial agreements, marketing programs, and performance expectations
• coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Client Services
• guide regional sales teams
• monitor pipeline, forecasts, revenue, and partner performance using CRM and business data.
