What you'll do

• Supervise and support cleaning crews across job sites
• inspect work and check quality
• train and coach staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and company standards
• communicate between field teams and management
• resolve client concerns
• monitor supplies and equipment
• coordinate employee coverage
• conduct client walkthroughs and gather estimate information
• help with cleaning when needed.
