The Janitor Supervisor role is onsite in Ann Arbor, MI, with a Monday–Friday and Sunday schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Pay is $20 per hour. RNA Facilities Management provides janitorial and facility services and uses its RNA Quality Standard to maintain client facilities. The supervisor coordinates janitorial staff and ensures cleaning work meets established standards. The role also provides training and guidance, manages supplies, and performs janitorial duties when staffing is short.

What you'll do

• Assign janitorial duties and inspect work
• issue and inventory cleaning supplies and equipment
• report depleted supplies
• assist with screening and hiring
• train and guide staff
• resolve staff conflicts
• attend meetings and in-service training
• perform janitorial duties when staff shortages occur.
