The Floater Cook works onsite in Midland, TX, full time, for more than 40 hours per week. The posting states pay of $18 per hour. Reporting to the Chef, the cook prepares and serves meals, sets up stations, maintains food safety and sanitation, and helps ensure consistent service and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Assist with preparing, presenting, and serving meals
• use industrial knives safely and sanitarily
• prepare utensils and set up the steam line
• lead and serve the food line
• prepare breakfast items
• clean and prepare meat, fish, and poultry as assigned
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• receive and store grocery orders using FIFO
• minimize waste
• label refrigerated items
• assist with unloading groceries
• use required PPE
• provide courteous customer service.
