What you'll do

• Provide medical nutrition therapy
• assess medical history, lab values, dietary intake, and lifestyle factors
• document in the electronic medical record
• develop individualized nutrition plans
• provide individual and group counseling
• educate patients and families using evidence-based, culturally sensitive approaches
• participate in outreach and wellness programs as applicable
• coordinate the Nutritional Quality Assurance Program
• collaborate with the healthcare team.

Why this role
