Maintenance Worker

What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, walls, doors, flooring, and other building infrastructure.
• Conduct basic HVAC maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities and scheduled facility inspections.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and prioritize repairs to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance, repair, or construction work.
• Assist with small facility improvement and capital projects.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Document completed work, inspection findings, and maintenance activities.
• Identify potential equipment or building issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Follow all Aramark and client safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
