The Driver / Maintenance Technician is an onsite role in Bethel Park, PA. Pay is $17.50–$18.00 per hour. The position supports The Residence at Bethel Park, a community focused on enriching residents’ lives through compassionate care and support. The role transports residents safely to activities and events, maintains the company van, and assists with light maintenance and housekeeping tasks. It also supports resident activities when needed, helping the community provide safe transportation and a well-maintained environment.

What you'll do

• Drive residents in the company vehicle as scheduled
• ensure resident safety when entering and exiting and while the vehicle is moving
• follow mechanical lift procedures
• report safety or health concerns
• complete pickup and delivery errands
• keep the vehicle clean and in proper running order
• assist with light maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• support resident-centered activities when assigned.

Why this role

Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, high school diploma or GED, and minimum age of 21. A CDL is required if applicable to the vehicle. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
