Job overview

The Clinician role is onsite in Chicopee, MA, with pay of $57,000–$63,000 per year depending on licensure. The clinician supports four ACCS residential programs and other clinical needs within the Division of Recovery Services at Mental Health Association – Western MA. The role provides assessment, treatment planning, consultation, and crisis support to promote individualized, trauma-informed care, while helping program teams coordinate interventions and meet documentation and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

  • Develop strengths-based assessments, treatment plans, and risk assessments
  • provide clinical consultation for crisis intervention, behavioral strategies, and medication treatment
  • conduct case reviews and collaborate with staff, families, and providers
  • train staff
  • participate in team, IAP, risk, and medication meetings
  • liaise with agencies and community partners
  • facilitate psychoeducational and skill-building groups
  • monitor incident reports
  • provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed
  • supervise clinical interns.

Why this role
