What you'll do

• Lead the Exterior Division and oversee projects from pre-production through completion
• manage and develop project managers and field personnel
• coordinate schedules, staffing, materials, and equipment
• work with estimating on scope, budgets, and schedules
• monitor project performance and costs
• maintain customer and partner relationships
• oversee quality, safety, and compliance
• and support hiring, business development, and process improvements.
