Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Pay is $20.60 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to clients and communities.

What you'll do

• Oversee on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training
• ensure required training and screening are complete
• inspect security personnel and performance for service quality and contract compliance
• handle payroll and incident reports
• respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as required by site post orders
• direct and instruct subordinates.
