What you'll do

• Manage daily outbound operations and compliance
• support client service goals
• train and onboard employees
• develop and implement operating policies and procedures
• oversee weekly operator settlements
• supervise, train, and evaluate personnel
• conduct daily stand-ups and maintain performance rankings
• interpret and share location KPIs
• partner with motor carriers on compliance and capacity
• supervise carrier check-in
• advise staff on safety, scheduling, training, and employee relations
• and maintain assigned assets.
