Job overview

The Certified Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Maynard, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no evenings or weekends. Pay is $21–$30 per hour. BrightPath Kids provides early childhood education and care and is part of the Busy Bees childcare community. The teacher oversees programs across classrooms, mentors teachers, develops developmentally appropriate curriculum, and partners with families. The role supports children’s care and learning by shaping activities around their interests and learning styles and communicating with parents and guardians.

What you'll do

• Oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms

• create curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards
• develop activities based on children’s interests and learning styles
