What you'll do

• Grow referral relationships across healthcare, senior living, and legal referral sources
• bring an active referral network and convert it into client starts
• lead business development and marketing strategy across field sales, direct mail, email, newsletters, community outreach, and social media
• set territory plans, targets, and KPIs
• track referral conversion and report results
• represent CareOne at events and community education programs
• support future team members
• be available as needed evenings and weekends.
