Lead Infant Teacher

What you'll do

• Provide primary care for a small number of children and support daily activities and safety
• create and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans
• conduct child assessments
• communicate with parents and facilitate parent-teacher conferences
• supervise and train assistant teachers and floaters
• maintain records of observations and milestones
• develop and implement behavior management strategies
• follow safety regulations
• model appropriate behavior
• report signs of abuse or neglect to authorities.
