Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator role is onsite in Salem, OR, with compensation of $25.76 per hour plus DOE and DOQ. Church at the Park’s mission is to empower people to change their lives and exit poverty by providing vital services and community leadership. The coordinator supports fundraising by maintaining donor relationships and CRM information, coordinating communications and engagement campaigns, and helping organize events. This work supports donor retention, recurring giving, and connections between supporters and the organization’s mission.

What you'll do

• Reach out to lapsed and non-renewing donors
• implement first-time donor communications and recurring donor campaigns
• maintain donor data and CRM tracking
• partner with donor, finance, and data teams on analysis and reports
• coordinate donor relationships and care
• collaborate on newsletters, mailings, email, social media, events, and campaigns
• maintain brand continuity.
