What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls from florists and provide order support and first-call resolution
• learn the Flowerbuyer Floral Auction site
• train new and existing florists on their account pages, resources, and tools
• partner with other teams on outbound call lists as needed
• meet performance and productivity standards
• handle escalated customer issues with supervisor support
• adhere to schedule.

Why this role

The hybrid schedule is Monday–Wednesday in the Oklahoma City office, with voluntary work-from-home availability Thursday and Friday. Additional hours and attendance may be required for key floral holidays, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
