What you'll do

• Conduct routine property inspections
• coordinate maintenance and repairs, obtain vendor quotes, and schedule services
• respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns
• coordinate and attend HOA board and annual association meetings
• maintain community records
• assist with special projects and follow up on community needs.
