The CNC Laser Machine Operator – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour. Addictive Desert Designs, part of Horsepower Automotive Group, makes off-road truck parts in-house at an air-conditioned facility. The operator runs and programs laser cutting and bending systems to produce accurate sheet-metal components. The role supports production quality and process improvement by preparing program files, converting design files, creating work instructions, and troubleshooting CNC programs.

What you'll do

• Operate and program TRUMPF Boost laser cutting and bending systems
• prepare files for laser-cut nesting
• convert SolidWorks files into laser sheet-metal files for production
• create standard work instructions
• troubleshoot CNC programs and implement process improvements
• and communicate with staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
