Working with the Managing Partner, the Assistant General Manager helps lead club operations, staff performance, member service, and facility standards. The role supports staffing, scheduling, sales and retention efforts, asset management, front desk activities, and compliance so the club can operate smoothly and deliver a welcoming member experience.

What you'll do

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff
• monitor staff scorecards and KPIs
• lead by example on performance targets
• coach and manage team performance
• support member retention and service resolution
• assist with scheduling and labor management, employee concerns, lead generation, member acquisition, and integration into services
• supervise inventory, supply ordering, and small equipment expenditures
• oversee front desk activities, cleaning checklists, and facility work orders
• use Crunch tools for communication, documentation, and operations
• ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
