The Research Associate - Early Phase - Overnight Shift is an onsite role in Baltimore, MD, with a pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Parexel's Early Phase Clinical Unit supports the development of innovative new medicines to improve public health. This role exists to support the successful completion of Phase I clinical trials. The Research Associate ensures participant safety, manages study documentation, and assists clinical staff with medical procedures during overnight and weekend shifts.

What you'll do

• Recruit study participants
• maintain study logs and tracking systems
• conduct screening visits
• assist physicians with assessments
• monitor study supplies
• ensure participant safety
• perform data entry and quality checks.

What we're looking for

Education

B.S. in life science field OR HS diploma/GED with relevant experience.

Experience

Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; background in medical or clinical setting.
