What you'll do

• Serve as an initial contact for consumers seeking to resolve debt collection matters
• negotiate payment arrangements under firm and client standards
• make manual and dialer-assisted outbound collection calls
• follow up on missed and returned payments
• meet customer service and quality expectations
• meet monthly collection and production goals
• follow debt collection laws and regulations
• maintain knowledge of the legal process to support collection and consumer education.
