What you'll do

• Collaborate with the RCF Administrator or Program Supervisor on individual goals and implement written plans
• support active treatment, range-of-motion exercises, activities of daily living, meaningful activities, and community participation
• use approved behavioral strategies
• support independence, choice, dignity, and decision-making
• complete data and incident reports
• administer medications, treatments, and G-tube feedings as applicable
• monitor vital signs and side effects
• maintain medical supplies and medication areas
• follow food safety and sanitation practices
• work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
