Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Manage, train, and develop maintenance technicians
• oversee daily maintenance operations
• implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• maintain warehouse equipment, infrastructure, and utilities
• oversee conveyors, dock equipment, pallet racking, doors, lighting, and material handling equipment
• manage HVAC and ammonia refrigeration maintenance and compliance
• coordinate fire protection inspections and repairs
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• coordinate emergency repairs
• manage facility improvement projects and capital expenditures
• oversee vendors, contracts, budgets, purchasing, and inventory
• ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
